What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
On Pro you don't get cut off — each scan beyond 100 costs €0.10 and is billed at the end of the month alongside your subscription. On Free, the 10 invoices and 10 scans reset at the start of the next month. If you need more sooner, just upgrade to Pro.
Can I change plans any time?
Yes. Upgrades are instant, downgrades kick in at the end of your current billing period. No switching fees.
Is Snapio good for a Slovak s.r.o.?
Yes. Snapio handles VAT status, IČ DPH, exports to Pohoda, Money S3, Omega, Alfa, MRP, Oberon, Tangram, Profit365, ISDOC and CSV, and lets you run multiple companies from one account. Teams of up to 10 are included on Pro.
What is the API in the Business plan for?
Creating and downloading invoices straight from your e-shop or internal system. Documentation and a test key are available as soon as the plan is active.
Where is my data stored?
In a certified data centre in Vienna, Austria — inside the EU. Encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups.
How does email-to-expense work?
Every company gets a unique address like faktury+xxxxxxxx@snapio.sk. Send or forward any email with an attachment — Snapio scans it, matches it to a supplier, and queues an expense for your approval.
